My why.
I started KBar + Co because I felt a calling to help customer-facing leaders and teams thrive. I saw an unmet need for high-touch coaching, advising, and workshop facilitation for all experience levels. A need to improve people’s essential skills, enhance their strengths, and equip them to put their audience at the heart of their mindset, strategy, and communication. I’m passionate about transforming relationships, delivering outsized value, and driving business growth.
A little about me.
Ever since winning my first speech contest in 5th grade, I’ve recognized the value of using strategic language and powerful communication to connect with and move people. And I learned that seeing things through the audience’s eyes would strengthen my ability to connect.
I put these strengths to work for years, honing my sales craft as a quota-carrying salesperson. One quality that’s set me apart is my obsession with putting my customers at the center of everything.
Though selling is part of my career DNA, my path hasn’t been linear. After an eight-year break to focus full-time on caring for my kids and family, in 2012 I returned to work—first selling ad tech at a start-up and, six months later, to Facebook to sell advertising and help scale its business.
In my 8+ years at Facebook, I climbed the jungle gym of opportunity; I built valuable partnerships with C-level clients, led high-performing teams, designed and facilitated training programs for Facebook’s global sales team, and managed complex business communications. My multidisciplinary background and skills make me uniquely positioned to help you and your team.
I serve on the board of Kol Shofar and as a council representative on the Jewish Community Relations Council. I enjoy tennis, skiing, books, new adventures, people’s stories, and good belly laughs. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband, and we have two sons.
